3. Counter-Notification

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or the jurisdiction where you are located, if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
